Aberdeen goalkeeper, Tomas Cerny, has announced his immediate retirement from Football. Aberdeen announced the news on their twitter saying, "We can this evening confirm goalkeeper Tomas Cerny has left the Club. The 35-year-old, who joined the Dons in the summer of 2018, has also announced his retirement from professional football". The Ex- Partick, Hamilton, Hibs and Aberdeen Keeper has made a total of 173 appearances in Scottish football, with has last coming last season. He has been out all season due to injury, which the Pittodrie club replacing him with Loanee, Gary Woods, and Youngster, Tom Ritchie. The Czech will no doubt be remembered for his time in Scotland and the mark he made for Goalkeepers all around the country.
